In re: Willis L. LaCas applying for cer-tiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, Parish of Ouachita. 152 So.2d 644 . The application is denied. The Court of Appeal correctly held that the petition discloses no cause of action. However, we entertain doubt that such issue was properly raised by the motion for summary judgment.
