In re: W. D. Mabry, J. A. Ellington and Aetna Casualty & Surety Company applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, Parish of Bossier. 152 So.2d 596 . Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, the result is correct. McCALEB, J., is of the opinion that a writ should be granted to the bus company and its insurer.
