ON REHEARING Before STEWART, DREW, LOLLEY, PITMAN & GARRETT, JJ. PER CURIAM ON REHEARING. hWe note that the opinion rendered by this court in this matter contained a typographical error. The opinion states that Edward Alen Jones died in January 2007; when, in fact, he died in January 2001. This typographical error had no impact on any decision of this Court.
