In re: Alphonse Mortgage Company, a partnership composed of/and A. Lester Sarpy, Mrs. Thelma A. Sarpy and Mrs. Sarah D. Hirschwitz applying for certio-rari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans, 157 So.2d 620 . Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, There is no error of law in its judgment. (See Phillips v. Gillaspie, 186 La. 45 , 171 So. 567 ).
