In re: Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York applying for certiorari, or *833 writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, Parish of Bienville. 165 So.2d 497 . Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal we find no error of law in its judgment. McCALEB, J.; is of the opinion that a writ should be granted. SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion that the facts do not warrant the application of Article 2322 of the LSA-Civil Code and a writ should be granted. I
