LEMMON, Judge. This suit was consolidated for trial with that of Orgeron et al. v. Muhleisen, d/b/a Kenner Funeral Home, et al., bearing Docket Number 4750 in this court, decided this day, 256 So.2d 458 . For the reasons assigned in that case, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Affirmed.
