In re: Dr. Joseph C. Morris and Joseph Merrick Jones, Jr., Testamentary Co-Executors of the Succession- of Joseph Merrick Jones applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson. 172 So.2d 312 . Writ refused. We find no error of law in the judgment of the Court of Appeal. McCALEB, J., thinks that a writ should be granted. SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
