In re: Pittman Construction Company et al. applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. Writ granted as to the claim of $120 for cost of bonding a lien recorded by one of Miller’s materialmen. Otherwise the application is denied, there appearing no errors of law in the remaining rulings complained of.
