HAWTHORNE, Justice (dissenting). It is my view that the facts given in the testimony of the plaintiff Rodia Matchum completely exonerate Elliott Turner, the driver of the car in which she was a passenger, from all fault. Rehearings denied. HAWTHORNE, J., is of the view that a rehearing should be granted. SANDERS, J., is of the opinion a rehearing should be granted.
