In re: Louisiana Commission on Governmental Ethics applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit. 184 So.2d 288 . Writ refused. Under the facts of this case there appears no merit in relator’s assignment of error. The result reached by the Court of Appeal is correct.
