In re: The Travelers Insurance Company applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of East Baton Rouge. 185 So.2d 232 . Writ refused. No judgment has been rendered against applicant. The Court of Appeal has simply reserved the right of Parks Equipment Co. to sue applicant, a right accorded to it by law. If and when such suit is filed the applicant may assert the same legal issue previously raised by it under its exception.
