In re: Mrs. Nancy Ann Stone Crowe applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Rapides. 184 So.2d 762 . Writ refused. We find no error of law in the judgment of the Court of Appeal. McCALEB, J., concurs in view of the refusal of certiorari (see 247 La. 718 , 174 So.2d 131 ) in Succession of Jones, La.App., 172 So.2d 312 , which he considers indistinguishable.
