In re: Union National Life Insurance Company applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Rapides. 184 So.2d 775 . Not considered. Article VII, Section 11 of the Constitution of Louisiana provides that the application must be filed “within thirty days after a rehearing shall have been refused by the Court of Appeal.” This application is too late.
