In re: Helen Jackson applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. 185 So.2d 342 . Writ refused. We find no error of law in the judgment of the Court of Appeal. SANDERS and SUMMERS, JJ., are of the opinion that a writ should be granted. See Robinson v. Lykes Bros. S. S. Co., 247 La. 481 , 172 So.2d 292 .
