In re: W. L. Bailey, Jr., d/b/a A-l Cabinet Works, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of East Baton Rouge. 192 So.2d 831 . Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal we find no error of law in the judgment complained of. SANDERS, J., is of the opinion a writ should be granted to resolve the apparent conflict between this case and City of Baton Rouge v. Allen, La.App., 106 So.2d 740 .
