In re: Transcontinental Development Corporation applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson. 195 So.2d 430 . Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal the judgment is correct. SANDERS, J., is of the opinion that a writ should be granted. See Article 1911, L.S.A.-C.C. and Everhardt v. Sighinolfi, 232 La. 996 , 95 So.2d 632 .
