In re: Jacques Pelloat, Jr., individually and on behalf of his minor children, Mrs. Lillian Davenport, widow of Marshall F. Badeaux, Sr., and Theodore C. Keyes, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of St. Tammany. 198 So.2d 674 . Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, the result is correct.
