In re: John Cancler applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, and mandamus. Application having been filed for writs by applicant John Cancler as stated above, it is ordered that the district judge and the district attorney file in this court returns to the application of relator on or before September 1, 1967. In the meantime, it is further ordered that all proceedings in the matter be stayed.
