In re: Leonard Daniels applying for writ of habeas corpus. The application is denied. This court will not ordinarily entertain an application for a writ of habeas corpus until the application has been passed upon by a trial court of competent jurisdiction. See State ex rel. Baumann v. Langridge, 44 La.Ann. 1014 , 11 So. 541 .
