Opinion text
In re: Gypsum Transportation, Ltd., applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. 209 So.2d 296 . Writ refused. We find no error of law in the ruling of the Court of Appeal. However, the right is reserved to applicant to have the allegations of the reconventional demand considered and applied as affirmative defenses in connection with the trial on the merits under the admiralty law.
