In rc: David H. Duke applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, Parish of DeSoto. 211 So.2d 722 . Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal the result is correct. McCALEB, J., is of the opinion that the application should be granted. SANDERS, and SUMMERS, JJ., are of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
