In re: Samuel Emanuel, etc., and Mary Stewart Emanuel applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, Parish of Ouachita. 213 So.2d 776 . Writ refused. We find no error of law in the judgment of the Court of Appeal. FOURNET, C. J., and McCALEB, J., are of the opinion that the application should be granted.
