Opinion text
SUMMERS, Justice (dissenting). I cannot agree with the refusal of the Court to allow severance damage. Both expert witnesses for defendant testified to substantial severance damage. Although their credibility or competence as experts was not questioned, testimony of defendants’ experts has, in effect, received no attention from the Court. I respectfully dissent.
