ON APPLICATION FOR REHEARING. PER CURIAM: After mature consideration of the application of defendant, appellant, for a rehearing, the judgment appealed from is amended as follows: The item of $7,500 is reduced to $5,000, the item of $290 to remain as rendered. With this amendment, the application for a rehearing is refused.
