In re: John R. Hughes applying for certiorari, or writ of review to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. 219 So.2d 6 . Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal we find no error in the judgment complained of. HAMLIN, J., is of the view that the application should be granted.
