In re: Mrs. Rena Newman Leavines applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson. 224 So.2d 26 . The application is denied. There appears no error of law in the judgment complained of. BARHAM, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. See dissent in Montz v. Montz, 253 La. 897 , 221 So.2d 40 at p. 43 .
