Moore v. Central Louisiana Electric Co.

In re: Hollis E. Moore and Clellie Balton Moore applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition. Application denied. This Court will not exercise its supervisory jurisdiction to review interlocutory orders or rulings of a trial court, save in cases of palpable error and only when irreparable injury will ensue. Relator has an adequate remedy by appeal in the event of an adverse judgment on the merits.
