It is ordered that the writ of review issue; that the Court of Appeal send up the record in duplicate of the case; and that counsel for plaintiff and defendant be notified. The application is granted but limited to a consideration of the correctness of that portion of the Court of Appeal’s judgment set forth in paragraphs (1), (2) and (3) of its decree. In all other respects the application for certiorari is denied. BARHAM, J., does not participate.
