In re: Catherine Bennett Frierson, wife of/and Alvin W. Frierson, Sr. and Huey Faciane, Individually and on behalf of his minor son, Randy Faciane applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of St. Tammany. 234 So.2d 842 . Application denied. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal there is no error of law in the judgment.
