Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal the judgment appears to be correct. McCALEB, J., is of the opinion that the application should be granted, as he subscribes to the legal view expressed by Judge Hood in his dissenting opinion.' See La. App., 236 So.2d 243 .
