HERGET, Judge. For the .reasons assigned in the case of Levingston Supply Company, Incorporated v. Aetna Insurance Company, La.App., 124 So.2d 357 , the judgment of the Trial Court is affirmed at appellant’s cost. Judgment affirmed.
