DIXON, Justice (dissenting). I must respectfully dissent. The whole record is before us. There is no admissible evidence in the record. There is no law or authority that allows the affirmance of a judgment on appeal when plaintiff’s demands are wholly unsupported by admissible evidence, admis *216 sions or stipulations. The judgment of the Court of Appeal should he affirmed, and the judgment of the trial court should be reversed.
