In re: Miller Car Washes, Inc. applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, Parish of Ouachita. 245 So.2d 485 . Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, there is no error of law in its judgment. BARHAM, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. As to Miller’s right of recovery against Crowe a serious issue of law is presented. Crowe’s liability would appear warranted under the Court of Appeal’s findings under Syllabi 5 and 8.
