In re: Charles Taylor applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Writs refused. The rulings complained of are correct. BARHAM and TATE, JJ., are of the opinion the writ should be granted and will assign separate written reasons. DIXON, J., is also of the opinion the writ should be granted for the reasons assigned by Barham an<J Tate, JJ.
