RANDRY, Judge. For the reasons set forth in Succession of Herson, La.App., 127 So.2d 61 , the judgment of the trial court in favor of defendant James D. Herson and against plaintiffs herein dismissing plaintiffs’ suit is affirmed. Affirmed. HERGET, J., recused.
