In re: Traders & General Insurance Company applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, Parish of DeSoto. 252 So.2d 157 . Writ refused. The result is correct. SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. DIXON, J., is of the opinion that the result is incorrect, that the third party demand should not have been allowed, and that writs should be granted.
