PAVY, Judge. This is a companion case to Daigle v. St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Co. and Doe, 323 So.2d 186 in which a separate judgment is being rendered by us this day. The issues in these two cases are the same and our determination in the companion case is dispositive of the appeal in this matter. For the reasons assigned in the companion case the judgment in favor of defendants and against plaintiffs is affirmed. The appellants are assessed for all costs of this appeal. Affirmed.
