In rc: Robert Moore Scoggins applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Writs refused. Relator has not been prejudiced by the adverse ruling. This Court will not interfere with proceedings in the trial court in the absence of a showing of irreparable injury. Relator has an adequate remedy in the event he is refused a jury trial.
