In re: William Edward Mayes applying for writ of habeas corpus. Application denied; Louisiana has nO' post-conviction remedy applicable to cases-such as the one presented here. SUMMERS, J., although I concur in the Court’s action denying this writ, I do not agree with the broad statement that there is no post conviction remedy in such a case.
