In re: Rebecca S. Brown, et al., applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Rapides. 255 So.2d 111 . Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal the judgment is correct. The errors assigned to the rehearing practice of the court of appeal are without merit.
