In re: Dr. Thomas E. Fortson applying for certiorari or writ of review to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Acadia. 254 So.2d 115 . Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal the result is correct. McCALEB, C. J., is of the opinion that the application should be granted. SUMMERS and DIXON, JJ-, are of the opinion the writ should be granted.
