Opinion text

that the Court of Appeal send up the record in duplicate of the case; and that counsel for plaintiff and defendant be notified. Writ granted but limited to the liability of the husband and the Department of Welfare. In all other respects it is denied. SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion a writ should be granted on all issues.
