JOINT MOTION TO DISMISS On joint motion of petitioner and defendant through their undersigned counsel of record and upon suggesting to the Court that the above entitled and numbered cause has been compromised and settled; and accordingly, movers desire that said proceedings be dismissed, 276 So.2d 752 .
