BARHAM, J., dissents. Although Le-Blanc v. Henderson has been approved in result in the federal system — the rules as to when this court would apply U. S. Supreme Court judgments was not approved. On the latter point LeBlanc is incorrect. Boykin is applicable when final from the U. S. Supreme Court in June, 1969 and applies here. Relator was not Boykinized.
