In re: State of Louisiana through the Department of Highways applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Natchitoches. 277 So.2d 181 . Writ denied. No error of law. BARHAM, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. A crop of pecans is the yearly yield and is compensable. The trees that produce the crop are not themselves “a crop of pecans”.
