In re: William J. Dawson, Julius Douglas Nesom and James Harvey Anderson applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Writ granted. See order. ORDER IT IS ORDERED that the trial judge hold an evidentiary hearing on the issue of venue prior to trial, at which hearing defendants should be allowed to present evidence in order to sustain their burden of proof, Article 615, Code of Criminal Procedure.
