State v. Lolley

In re: Joe Carroll Lolley applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and for a stay order. Writ refused. The application complains of the overruling of motions to quash the bill of information for drunk driving and to suppress evidence of a previous conviction. The application is premature, for defendant has an adequate remedy for review in the event of conviction.
