In re: Gerald Allen, Jr. applying for writ of habeas corpus. Writ denied. In view of the trial court’s finding at evidentiary hearing that applicant’s pleas were freely and voluntarily made we find no merit to applicant’s Assignment of Error No. 1. Relative to Assignment of Error No. 2, applicant had an adequate remedy by appeal.
