In re: Samuel Lee Starks applying for remedial writs and habeas corpus. Writ denied. On the basis of the evi-dentiary hearing and of the sanity hearing found in the record of a previous application to this court, Docket No. 51,315, cer-tiorari denied, 258 La. 571 , 247 So.2d 392 , involving somewhat similar allegations, we find no merit to the relator’s contentions. BARHAM, J., recused.
