In re: Pepsi Cola Bottling Co. and Travelers Ins. Co. applying for Certiorari or Writ of Review to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans, 290 So. 2d 353 . Application denied, there is no- error of law in the judgment of the Court of Appeal. SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. The rule of Gas-pard v. Lemaire applies both ways.
